Our Services

We offer three clear service levels:

• Standard Search & Selection
  • Flat fee of 10% of the candidate’s first-year salary.
  • Ideal for straightforward recruitment needs.

• Flexible Payment Plan
  • Spread the cost with 3% per month for four months (total 12%).
  • First payment due when your new hire starts.

• Premium Recruitment Service
  • End-to-end recruitment support – search, selection, interviews, offers, and references.
  • Bespoke fee agreed in advance.

Our Commitment

• We search, shortlist, and introduce the most suitable candidates.

• We respect confidentiality for both clients and candidates.

• We act in line with UK recruitment legislation at all times.

Your Commitments

• Provide accurate vacancy details and salary information.

• Let us know immediately when you hire a candidate we introduced.

• Pay invoices promptly (14 days from issue).

Guarantee (Standard Service only)

If your new hire leaves within 8 weeks, we’ll provide a free replacement candidate.
(Excludes flexible plan & premium service, or where role/conditions change.)

Other Key Points

• All fees are based on the candidate’s total annual remuneration (salary + guaranteed bonuses/allowances).

• Passing candidate details to another company that leads to a hire will still incur our fee.
