Claire has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, helping them find the right people and supporting candidates to take the next step in their careers. With a background that blends technology and talent acquisition, she knows how to connect the right skills to the right opportunities.
Heading up the business alongside Claire is Damian Barrett, a seasoned professional with many years’ experience in sales and recruitment. Damian has an instinct for understanding what clients need and a proven ability to find candidates who deliver results. His hands-on, straightforward approach makes the hiring process clear and effective for everyone involved.
